System Application and Engineering Pavement Design

  • Pavement Management Systems Services
  • Pavement Condition Survey Vehicle. Pathway is a vehicle that is equipped to measure the longitudinal roadway profile in order to calculate pavement roughness (IRI), rut depth, surface wear, joint and cracking faults all utilized to make a Pavement Distress Survey and simulated the service condition provided to the user.
  • Heavy Weight Deflectometer. HWD equipment is used to analyze pavement structure capabilities for maintenance and rehabilitation strategies. The HWD evaluates the pavements bearing capacity by analyzing its load and deflection capacities.
  • MU-Meter to evaluate the pavements friction index. The friction number is a safety pavement condition level and is used for the evaluation of maintenance and rehabilitation strategies.
  • 8 Secmair one pass chip seal machines
  • 3 Portable and high capacity Crushing Systems: each system unit has Jaw, Cone and Screen.
